Let’s work together

Life can bring periods of uncertainty, change, and emotional difficulty, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. We may feel like we haven’t fully processed something from our past. I offer a safe, supportive, space to slow down, explore what may be happening beneath the surface, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.

My integrative, person-centered approach brings together traditional psychotherapy, art psychotherapy, mindfulness, and meditation, depending on your individual needs. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional challenges, as well as those navigating chronic pain, serious illness, or end-of-life experiences.

Through listening, conversation, creative expression (if appropriate), and mindfulness-based practices, we can explore feelings and experiences that may be difficult to articulate, consider different perspectives, and find ways to build resilience, self-awareness, and a greater sense of balance. Art can provide another language for expression and discovery; no previous artistic experience is necessary.

Let’s create a space to be curious, compassionate and find a way forward that feels meaningful to you.
