About

Helping people of all ages feel more connected, balanced, and fulfilled is at the heart of my work. Creating an inclusive, supportive, compassionate space where people can explore their experiences, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and find new ways to move forward is central to my approach.

As a Brooklyn-based psychotherapist and art psychotherapist, my approach is integrative and person-centered, bringing together psychotherapy, art psychotherapy, mindfulness, and meditation to support emotional wellbeing, self-exploration, and healing.

My work includes supporting people navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges, as well as those living with chronic pain, serious illness, or facing end-of-life transitions. I have a particular interest in how therapeutic and creative approaches can help people explore difficult feelings, build resilience, and connect with experiences that can sometimes be hard to put into words but that can ultimately lead to growth.

I believe that a whole person approach can be a powerful pathway to healing. We are all unique beings navigating a complex world, with at times, complex relationships. Through listening, conversation, creative expression, and mindfulness, there is space to explore experiences, find different perspectives, and discover new possibilities for growth and change. Using art can offer another way of communicating and understanding ourselves. No previous artistic experience is necessary.

My Background

My therapeutic experience spans hospitals, schools, corporate environments, community settings, and private practice. Working with patients, healthcare professionals, teachers, children, and adults has offered firsthand insight into the meaningful difference that psychotherapy, creative expression, and mindfulness-based practices can make in people's lives.

Alongside my therapeutic work is an extensive background in teaching mindfulness and meditation, informed by years of study in India, Nepal, New Zealand, the UK, and the US. Additional training includes Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Urban Zen Integrative Therapist. I am also a practicing artist.
